GRA-TEC SELECTING THE COMPONENTS FOR YOUR SYSTEM

Selection is based on system:

1. PRESSURE 2. FLOW 3. CONFIGURATION 4. ARRANGEMENT

1. First choose the GRA-TEC port/clip combination:

For conventional fluid systems where the pressure requirement is less than 250 PSIG. Wire clip adapters are available in brass only.

Used in higher pressure systems (1500 PSIG with 4:1 safety factor) for pneumatic or hydraulic applications. Flat clip modular fittings are available in brass, plastic or stainless steel.*

For higher pressure applications (1500 PSIG with 4:1 safety factor) or where the convenience of a retained clip is desirable.

All GRA-TEC male spud ends can be used with either the flat clip or the wire clip port blocks and adapters. *FDA approved materials are readily available.

2. Next choose the GRA-TEC port/spud size: 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8* and 1/2* full flow ports.

3. Next select the pipe or tube connection:

4. Now choose the arrangement you need for your system:
Modular fittings can be easily arranged in numerous configurations and sizes utilizing a junction (or union)
block in the shape of a straight, union, elbow, tee or cross.

GRA-TEC offers unique manifolding capability to handle pneumatic or hydraulic circuits. Juntion and distribution terminals of all sizes can be utilized to give you minimum space requirements. Modular line connectors save you time and money.

Manifolds and junctions are available in brass, aluminum, and a variety of plastics on special order. Consult your distributor or factory for pricing, availability and assistance in any special design applications.

You may have an application where modular tube fittings or components could help you, but require different connections than shown. Factory engineering or our representitive will provide assistance to help you obtain your special fitting or component requirement.
